Kathleen Castillo is the founder of Ingrid & Co. LLC, and responsible for steering organizations through a full suite of HR initiatives empowering and retaining a talented workforce for world-renowned luxury brands, leading manufacturers and top beauty companies. Recognized as a visionary guiding C- Suite or leaders in start-ups to explore innovative global solutions that boost corporate initiatives in alignment with business goals. Genuine influencer driving continuous process improvements that supercharge organizational effectiveness.
Prior to launching Ingrid & Co. LLC, Kathleen spent 18 years working alongside the C-suite for world renowned companies like LVMH and Moroccanoil. During this period, she has been responsible for implementation of benefit programs, compensation structures, self service modules, and been able to gain hands on experience in every single aspect of Human Resources from talent acquisition to employee relations.
A graduate of the City University of New York, Kathleen’s truly passionate about HR and currently enjoying her new home state of Georgia.
